Return Information
If you are not completely satisfied with your Hawaii NEXUS product, you can return it within 30 days and receive a credit for the initial purchase price. Returns after 30 days are subject to approval.
Shipping Information
All orders are shipped within 2 business days, Sundays and Federal Holidays excepted. All domestic orders are shipped USPS 1st class mail. All expedited and international orders are shipped USPS 2nd day air service.
COVID-19 Shipping Interruptions
You can normally expect your 1st-class shipment to arrive in 2-3 business days, but with the recent slowdown of the USPS mail system, we have experienced orders taking longer to arrive. Please track your shipment with the tracking information provided.

You can manage your Hawaii NEXUS Auto Shipping program anytime by accessing our “Manage Auto Shipments” page HERE. If you don’t have a Hawaii NEXUS account, contact customerservice@Hawaiinexus.com for any alterations to your Auto Ship program. Three days before your auto ship order is processed, you will receive e mail notification that your Hawaii Nexus product is on its way to you.
Auto Shipments will ship free in the US. Please allow 1-2 days to process your order and then 3-5 days for your product to arrive, so please note ordinary delivery time in your frequency request. You can track your order with the confirmation e mail we will send with your order. International shipping speed may vary.
